This property is teally hard to fault and a hidden gem in the heart of Albufeira. We had such a warm welcome and we're made to feel at home, rooms were lovely and absolutely spotless in fact the attention to detail by the cleaning staff was amazing. The decor is unusual but perfectly suites the atmosphere, breakfast was continental style with plenty of freshly made Portuguese dishes. Guilherme was such a lovely host and full of facts about the accommodation, simply amazing

Unexpected "art gallery" - never seen anything like that in a guest house. the roof top view amazing. The owner and his staff were very friendly and welcoming. They gave lots of advice on what to do and where to go.

Lovely art all around the building. Nice view from rooms and roof. Ok breakfast. Close for town/ beach although at top of hill so quite a long walk back up. Very friendly/helpful person who checked us in.

What a lovely gem of a place ! It is very Portuguese and built from an old historical royal property. The decor is well preserved. The hosts made us feel like visiting dignitaries. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet of freshly homemade cakes and breads, cheeses and nice just grilled chorizo. There is artwork by the owner through the building. There is a lovely rooftop terrace to look at the city and the ocean. Bedrooms were modern and clean and the shower was great.

Fabulous location, just up the hill from the town. Lovely little roof top with views out to the ocean. Also another outdoor area for eating breakfast. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Felt like a small little community in the way it has been set up. Nice vibe and atmosphere.

the location is excellent. Walking distance to everything but a nice, quiet and picturesque area. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, not just about the accommodation but local information and helping organising outings etc. . The venue was a creative and welcoming space. I intend to return and would recommend it highly.

When my partner and I landed at the airport, guilherme kindly sent me a message advising us that if we need any help with directions, we are to let him know. Guilherme sent the location along with restaurant and excursion recommendations. I wouldn't wait long for a response when help was required. He gave us a tour around the apartments and offered us a complimentary welcome drink which was so nice! The view from the roof terrace was stunning, there was even sun loungers up there along with a few tables and chairs. My partner and I would sit up there for an hour or so admiring the view before heading out for the evening.The room exceeded my expectations! It was clean and had a large bed as requested with a spacious bathroom, the shower is great! It's in a nice quiet location, within walking distance to the town centre. The set up for breakfast was lovely, it had a warm homely and calm feeling to the place.

Excellent location, close to the beach and the center of the town, pleasant and familiar accomodation. Our host was friendly and helped us a lot in arrival, parking, made suggestions about local trips, cuisine and restaurants. Very pleasant experience overall.

Excellent host, separate rooms with en-suite bathrooms. 2 minute walk to downtown Albufeira. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Airconditioning in the room, peaceful area. Breakfast with local products.

This was a gem. The view was spectacular. The manager was wonderful and kept in contact with us when we needed to be late. The location was wonderful and we could walk lots of places. The breakfast was amazing and homemade! The rooms were small but had everything you needed. There was a common room where you could grab coffee or tea anytime but everyone came there for breakfast and it was wonderful. There was an open roof too with an amazing view you could go to where the sun rises were awesome. If you love art, this is another reason to go here. The owner is an artist and has much displayed in the common area along with another floor with quite a library if you want to relax. The host/ manager helped us know what to do in the area. I felt like we found the perfect little place. We loved it and would recommend it and go back if we could.
